The position demands hands-on oversight, excellent communication, and the capability to drive progress while maintaining quality and safety standards for multiple projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in civil engineering or construction management.
• Proven experience in managing buildings projects in KSA.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and standards.
• Proficiency with project management software and MS Office.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Excellent leadership, communication and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage construction activities for residential building and hotels contracts.
• Supervise site operations, ensuring schedules, budgets and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, surveyors and contractors for smooth execution.
• Monitor progress and resolve technical or operational issues on-site.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
• Review and approve construction drawings, specifications and work plans.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify workmanship and materials.
• Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to senior management.
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
• Oversee cost control, resources allocation and risk management.
• Implement corrective measures for delays, defects, or non-compliance.

The Construction Manager will oversee and coordinate all on-site activities for high end building projects in Umluj, KSA (remote location) ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with design specifications and quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and effective communication with project stakeholders.

Your role
