AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Senior Construction Manager in Umluj, KSA (remote location for the role) to oversee all on-site activities for high-end buildings. You will lead safety, schedule adherence, budget control, and coordination with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years of experience managing luxury residential and hotel projects in Saudi Arabia, with strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency in project

Qualifications

• 15+ years leading high-end residential and hotel projects in KSA.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, QC and standards.
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage construction activities for luxury hospitality and residential projects.
• Supervise site operations, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality targets are met.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, surveyors, and contractors for smooth execution.
• Monitor progress and resolve on-site technical or operational issues.
• Ensure safety regulations and environmental standards are followed.

Overview

The Senior Construction Manager will oversee and coordinate all on-site activities for high end buildings project in Umluj, KSA (remote location) ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with design specifications and quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and effective communication with project stakeholders.

Your role

• Plan, organize, and manage construction activities for high end ultra luxury hospitality and residential projects.
• Supervise site operations, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, surveyors, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor progress and resolve technical or operational issues on-site.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
• Review and approve construction drawings, specifications, and work plans.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify workmanship and materials.
• Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to senior management.

About you

• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in civil engineering or construction management.
• Proven experience on 15+ years in managing high residentil and hotel projects in KSA
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards and quality control
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
