The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's/Master's in civil engineering or construction management with 15+ years of relevant experience in KSA, and demonstrates strong leadership,

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, standards and quality control
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office

• Time management to handle multiple projects and deadlines

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage construction activities for high-end ultra-luxury hospitality and residential projects.
• Supervise site operations, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, surveyors, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor progress and resolve technical or operational issues on-site.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
• Review and approve construction drawings, specifications, and work plans.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify workmanship and materials.
• Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to senior management.
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
• Oversee cost control, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Implement corrective measures for delays, defects, or non-compliance.
