Job summary

Hatch, in partnership with Ma’aden, is delivering major mining and infrastructure projects across Saudi Arabia. We seek a Construction Lead to drive safe, on-time, on-budget field execution with project teams and contractors.

Based in Al Khobar, you will lead planning, supplier coordination, and site activities to achieve project goals. You will collaborate with PM, Engineering, Procurement, HSE, and Quality, ensuring constructability and compliance while mentoring site staff for continuous

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil, mechanical, electrical, or construction engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of construction leadership on large industrial/mining projects.
• Strong HSE focus and experience coordinating multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily construction activities in alignment with drawings, specs and procedures.
• Manage CWPs development, review, and execution to meet project requirements.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, planning and commissioning teams.
• Support development of construction execution strategies, schedules and plans.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation actions.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and Saudi regulatory requirements.
• Mentor construction supervisors and field personnel; report progress to leaders.
