Job summary

JASARA PMC is seeking a seasoned Manager for the HSE department to oversee policy development and ensure regulatory compliance across major construction projects. The role requires driving safety culture and environmental stewardship at all organizational levels.

Responsibilities include leading risk assessments, audits, incident investigations, training programs, and reporting to senior management. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in HSE management, preferably on construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of local and international HSE regulations and standards.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing HSE programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Lead the HSE team in risk assessments, audits, and inspections to identify hazards and mitigate risks.
• Provide strategic direction for HSE initiatives across all projects and departments.
• Facilitate incident investigations and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
