Job summary

Jasara PMC is seeking a Senior Health and Safety Leader to oversee HSE across active construction environments in Saudi Arabia. You will drive assurance practices, coordinate with project directors, and promote a culture of safe delivery on major infrastructure programs.

You will lead daily HSE assurance activities, conduct site inspections, prepare reports for senior stakeholders, and ensure compliance with Saudi safety requirements, ISO 45001, and major contractor standards.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of health and safety management experience on large-scale construction projects.
• Experience leading health and safety work across major infrastructure, buildings, or multi-site construction programs.
• Knowledge of Saudi construction safety requirements, ISO 45001, and major contractor HSE standards.
• Experience preparing reports and communicating safety findings to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• 15+ years of health and safety management experience on large-scale construction projects
• Experience leading health and safety work across major infrastructure, buildings, or multi-site construction programs
• Strong knowledge of health and safety assurance, including health and safety audits and inspections
• Knowledge of Saudi construction safety requirements, ISO 45001, and major contractor HSE standards
• Experience preparing reports and communicating safety findings to senior stakeholders, including project directors, client representatives, and site leadership
• Experience with incident investigations is a plus
• A relevant health and safety certification such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or an equivalent credential is a plus
