Job summary

Ecojob in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to lead all warehouse activities, from inventory control to shipping/receiving and staff supervision. You will implement efficient processes, monitor stock levels, and collaborate with other departments to ensure timely fulfillment.

Ideal candidates will have a bachelor's degree in a related field, at least 3 years of warehousing experience, strong leadership, and solid data analytics skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar warehouse role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong leadership and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping and receiving, and staff management.
• Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation to minimize waste.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth coordination of warehouse activities.
• Train and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring they are following safety protocols and meeting performance targets.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for improvement.
• Analyze data on warehouse productivity, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as local regulations.
