Job summary

Ninja is seeking a detail-oriented Return Team Leader to oversee our returns processing operations in Riyadh. You will manage the returns team, ensure compliance, and drive improvements to maximize recovery and reduce losses.

Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and customer service to coordinate workflows, train staff, and monitor performance against targets. A diploma is required and prior retail returns experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (required).
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
• 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in retail.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the returns team handling damaged and expired products
• Train staff on handling, documentation, and process compliance
• Develop and implement strategies to streamline return operations
• Identify and execute process improvements to reduce losses and maximize recovery
• Coordinate with inbound, logistics, and stock control teams to ensure smooth product return flow
• Support communication and issue resolution between departments
• Conduct regular audits to identify damage and expiry trends.
• Analyze return data for root causes and cost-saving opportunities
• Negotiate return terms with suppliers and maintain strong relationships
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
