SLS The Red Sea is seeking a Commis I to join the Lobby Lounge team. You will support daily food preparation and service under the guidance of the Chef de Partie, ensuring high standards, precise plating and attention to safety.

You will perform mise en place, assist with portioning and maintain a clean, organized workstation, contributing to memorable dining experiences in a fast-paced luxury hotel environment.

Qualifikationen

• Certificate or Diploma in Culinary Arts preferred.
• 1–2 years kitchen experience in upscale setting.
• Knowledge of food safety and HACCP standards.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Commitment to learning and quality service.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and assist in the execution of high-quality dishes per recipes and standards.
• Complete daily mise en place and keep workstation clean and stocked.
• Assist with preparation and portioning to ensure freshness and consistency.
• Support chefs during service for timely execution.
• Follow recipes, portion control, and presentation standards.
• Maintain hygiene and rotate/store products per standards.
• Adhere to HACCP and health/safety regulations.
• Assist with training and development to enhance skills.
