Red Sea Global Hospitality in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia, is recruiting a Commis to join our Luxury Culinary team. You will support mise en place, food preparation, and presentation under the Chef de Partie and senior culinary team, contributing to high standards of quality and service.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food as directed by the Chef de Partie or senior culinary team.
• Prepare and organize ingredients for daily operations, ensuring freshness and proper storage.
• Complete mise en place and other food preparations required for daily service in a timely and organized manner.
• Follow recipes and presentation standards consistently.
• Support the culinary team during service to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and food quality.
