Jumeirah Jabal Omar in Makkah is seeking a Commis 1 - Kitchen to join the team. You will assist in preparing ingredients, seasonings, and sauces, maintaining inventory and ensuring exact recipe execution.

Responsibilities

• Gathers, measures, mixes, and prepares meal ingredients, sauces, and seasoning.
• Wash, peel, and chop vegetables, fruits, and meat etc. as applicable.
• Proficient knowledge of cutting and seasoning different meats as and marination.
• Prepare dishes such as salads and sauces with finer details and exquisite presentation.
• Proficient knowledge of established recipes and plating guide provided, to exact specification.
• Ensure that the food items are stocked properly in refrigerators and freezers.
• Document inventory of kitchen supplies, and notifying supervisors of low stock situations.
