Job summary

CSI Global seeks a Commercial Engineer in Riyadh to support growth by preparing technical and commercial proposals, coordinating with clients, and developing competitive bids for engineering projects.

You will review RFQs, perform cost estimation, negotiate terms, and collaborate with engineering, procurement, and operations teams to deliver cost-effective solutions while ensuring compliance with client requirements and company standards.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in a commercial, estimation, sales engineering, business development, or tendering role within engineering, MEP, construction, testing & commissioning, or industrial sectors.
• Strong understanding of commercial and contractual principles.
• Experience in preparing technical and commercial proposals and cost estimates.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
• Review RFQs, tender documents, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and operations teams to develop cost-effective solutions.
• Perform cost estimation, pricing, and commercial analysis.
• Negotiate commercial terms with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and identify new business opportunities.
• Support contract review, project handover, and commercial documentation.
• Ensure proposals comply with company standards and client requirements.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
