Job summary

Darkstone Arabia Ltd. is looking for a professional to monitor project costs, contracts, and commercial activities within the Riyadh Region, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered within budget and in accordance with contractual requirements.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related fields, with at least 7 years of experience in commercial management, cost control, or quantity surveying. Candidates must demonstrate strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills while being proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in commercial management, cost control, or quantity surveying.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, budgeting, and cost analysis.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor project budgets, cost reports, and cash flow forecasts.
• Review contract terms and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Evaluate variations, claims, and change orders.
• Prepare interim valuations, payment applications, and commercial reports.
• Monitor project costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Coordinate with project teams, clients, consultants, and subcontractors on commercial matters.
• Assist in contract administration and dispute resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of project costs, contracts, and commercial documentation.
