Job summary

Confidential in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Commercial & E-Commerce Analyst to optimize delivery platforms, oversee sales metrics, and collaborate with Commercial and Marketing teams.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree and 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce or related fields, with advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and fluency in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery platform accounts including menus, prices, availability, images, and operating hours.
• Monitor daily sales, orders, ratings, cancellations, order errors, and platform uptime.
• Coordinate promotions and campaigns with Commercial and Marketing teams.
• Reconcile platform settlements, commissions, and deductions with Finance.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and KPI reports.
• Analyze sales, pricing, product mix, and average check to identify commercial opportunities.
• Follow up with branches on reporting requirements and management action items.
• Support management with accurate commercial analysis and presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage delivery platform accounts, including menus, prices, availability, images, and operating hours.
• Monitor daily sales, orders, ratings, cancellations, order errors, and platform uptime.

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Experience with Power BI, POS systems, and delivery platforms is preferred.
• Strong analytical, reporting, communication, and follow-up skills.
