Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in banking, payments, cards, fintech or financial-services consulting.
• Strong practical experience with Commercial Cards, Corporate Cards, SME Cards, Business Cards or B2B payments.
• Experience coordinating technology implementation and working with internal IT teams and external vendors.
• Demonstrated experience taking initiatives through requirements, development, UAT, production and commercialization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance Corporate and SME card propositions and onboarding journeys.
• Translate business requirements into detailed product, process and functional specs.
• Coordinate implementation across business, technology, operations and external vendors.
• Lead workshops with stakeholders and manage sign-off through testing and deployment.
• Define KPIs and monitor realized commercial impact post-launch.
• Create scalable operating and servicing models for Commercial Cards.
