Job summary

Quantum Talent Group in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, seeks a Commercial Cards Product & Implementation Consultant for a 12-month onsite engagement. You will own product development, requirements gathering, UAT, and production deployments for corporate, SME, and commercial card portfolios.

You will bridge business needs with technical execution, manage onboarding workflows, analytics, and stakeholder alignments while ensuring regulatory compliance and timely delivery in fast-paced banking environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, or related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in corporate cards, SME cards, commercial cards, or B2B payments.
• Strong experience in business analysis, product development, and technology implementation.
• Experience in UAT, test execution, and requirements gathering.
• Experience in client onboarding, portfolio analytics, and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of corporate banking operations, treasury management, and payment gateways.
• Proven analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.
• Legal work eligibility and onsite availability in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial cards product development and lifecycle management for B2B payments.
• Perform business analysis, workflow mapping, and requirements for Corporate, SME, and Commercial Cards.
• Oversee technology implementations, integrations, and end-to-end deployments of card issuing platforms.
• Design and run User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and test scenarios.
• Manage corporate client onboarding, analytics, spend tracking, and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with IT, risk, operations, and sales teams.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, security policies, and SLAs.
• Maintain implementation docs, user manuals, and status reports.
