Job summary

Destination Hotels in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Demi Chef de Partie/Commis Chef to support the cold kitchen station. You will prepare and present salads, cold appetizers, sandwiches, and buffet displays while upholding Hyatt quality and hygiene standards.

You will assist the Chef de Partie in daily operations, monitor food quality and storage, maintain cleanliness, and follow HACCP regulations. Strong teamwork and hospitality experience are preferred for a positive kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or Commis Chef in a hotel or upscale restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of cold kitchen preparation and presentation.
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Hospitality experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present high-quality cold kitchen items, including salads, appetizers, sandwiches, cold cuts, and buffet displays.
