Job summary

Talent Diamond is seeking an experienced Manager, Commercial Development (Coffee) to join the team in Jeddah. The role focuses on developing and executing category strategies, driving growth across channels, and translating consumer and market insights into strong commercial plans.

The position requires 4–5+ years of commercial experience, with a background in FMCG/beverages, trade marketing, or category management, and a solid command of English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4–5+ years of commercial experience in FMCG or beverages.
• Experience in Trade Marketing, Sales, Shopper Marketing, Category Management, or Marketing.
• Strong understanding of commercial planning and selling process.
• Experience analyzing retail audits, market share, distribution and shopper insights.
• Good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy category strategies aligned with market, shopper, channel, and customer dynamics.
• Facilitate the flow of category insights between Sales and Marketing teams.
• Analyze shopper behavior, retail audit data, market share, distribution, and customer sell-out data.
• Translate analysis into clear recommendations and action plans to improve category performance.
• Lead the commercial planning process and ensure cross-functional alignment across Category, Brand, Channel, Shopper, and Customer priorities.
• Develop e-commerce category activities in collaboration with relevant teams.
• Build channel solutions and business cases that support future growth opportunities.

Education
