Job summary

Zahid Industries seeks a Project Specialist to coordinate planning, execution, and monitoring of automation and AI initiatives across the Zahid Group. You will collaborate with stakeholders to define scope and deliverables, track progress, manage risks, and maintain documentation including POs/PRs and AI inventory.

Requirements include a bachelor’s in CS/Data Analytics and 3+ years in project coordination, with proficiency in MS Project/Asana and knowledge of PM methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or Data Analytics and PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of project coordination/management experience in digital/tech environments.
• Experience with automation, AI tools, and enterprise procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, execution, and monitoring of automation and AI projects.
• Develop and deploy automation workflows using Power Automate, UiPath, Zoho Creator.
• Integrate automation/AI with enterprise systems and ensure governance.
• Track progress, manage risks, and communicate status with stakeholders.
• Monitor ROI and performance using dashboards; ensure compliance and security.
