Job summary

Nabeh, a subsidiary of Master Works, seeks a Senior AI Project Manager to lead end-to-end AI, computer vision, and GenAI projects for enterprise clients. You translate contracts into feasible, measurable outcomes while managing scope, schedules, budgets, quality, risks, and client acceptance.

This role requires coordinating AI engineers, DevOps, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and business alignment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead project initiation and handover from Sales, reviewing contracts, SOWs, POs, deliverables, milestones, dependencies, and acceptance criteria.
• Develop and maintain integrated project management plans, schedules, milestones, forecasts, and baselines with change control.
• Manage kickoffs, stakeholder communication, risk tracking, change requests, status reporting, and escalations.
• Maintain project documentation, approvals, deliverables, and correspondence; ensure audit readiness.
• Coordinate end-to-end AI delivery lifecycle from discovery to go-live and hyper care.
• Track model performance and operational metrics, including latency and retraining needs.
• Coordinate readiness of datasets, infrastructure, GPUs, edge devices, and third-party integrations.
• Obtain security, privacy approvals, client UAT, and production readiness sign-offs.
• Lead cross-functional teams and subcontractors; align priorities and delivery commitments.
• Monitor progress, blockers, and resource constraints; implement recovery plans with PMO.
• Oversee site readiness, logistics, safety, and vendor mobilization for field deployments.
• Track budgets, timesheets, POs, cost-to-complete, invoicing milestones, and margins.

Nabeh is looking for an AI Project Manager, Senior to lead the end-to-end delivery of AI, computer vision, Generative AI (GenAI), and intelligent-platform projects. The role is responsible for translating contractual commitments into secure, technically feasible, and measurable client outcomes while managing project scope, schedules, budgets, quality, risks, and formal acceptance. The Senior AI Project Manager will serve as the primary coordination point between clients, AI and engineering teams, infrastructure, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project initiation and handover from Sales, reviewing contracts, statements of work (SOWs), purchase orders (POs), deliverables, commercial milestones, dependencies, and acceptance criteria.
• Develop and maintain integrated project management plans, detailed schedules, milestones, forecasts, and approved project baselines, ensuring changes are documented and formally approved.
• Manage project kickoffs, stakeholder communication, risk and issue tracking, change requests, status reporting, steering committees, and escalation processes.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, contracts, approvals, deliverables, and correspondence, ensuring records are organized and audit-ready.
• Coordinate the end-to-end AI delivery lifecycle, including discovery, requirements gathering, solution design, data preparation, model development or configuration, integration, deployment, user acceptance testing (UAT), go-live, and hyper care.
• Track AI model performance requirements and success measures, including precision, recall, false positives, inference latency, operational monitoring, and retraining requirements, where applicable.
• Monitor readiness of datasets, development environments, GPUs, edge devices, camera streams, APIs, cloud or on-premises infrastructure, cybersecurity reviews, licenses, and third-party integrations.
• Coordinate technical validation, security and privacy approvals, client UAT, production readiness, user training, handover, and service transition, ensuring the required evidence and technical sign-offs are obtained.
• Coordinate AI engineers, technical leads, DevOps, infrastructure, business analysts, QA, UI/UX, support, field teams, and subcontractors to align responsibilities, priorities, dependencies, and delivery commitments.
• Monitor project progress, identify blockers and resource constraints, and coordinate recovery plans and escalations through PMO and functional leadership.
• Coordinate site readiness, permits, logistics, safety requirements, and vendor mobilization for field and edge AI deployments.
• Track project budgets, resource utilization, timesheets, vendor purchase orders, cost-to-complete, financial milestones, invoicing requirements, and potential margin exposure.
• Coordinate signed acceptance documents, completion certificates (CoCs), and supporting evidence required for timely invoicing and payment.
• Manage subcontractor deliverables, schedules, dependencies, and handovers, coordinating contractual and commercial changes with Sales, Finance, Procurement, and Legal.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact for project delivery, communicating progress, issues, corrective actions, and decisions clearly and proactively in English and Arabic as required.
• Coordinate quality assurance activities, defect prioritization, UAT plans, issue resolution, user training, operational documentation, support service-level agreements (SLAs), and formal client acceptance.
• Lead project closure activities, including documentation handover, lessons learned, financial reconciliation, and transition to support or managed services.
• Prepare regular project status reports highlighting milestones, risks, budget status, delivery progress, outstanding actions, and issues requiring management attention.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, AI Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of project delivery experience, including at least 2 years managing AI, analytics, computer vision, software/platform, or complex integration projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management practices aligned with PMI principles, including scope, schedule, risk, stakeholder, procurement, cost, quality, and change control.
• Experience managing Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Practical understanding of AI/ML delivery lifecycles and the technical dependencies involved in data, integrations, infrastructure, model validation, and production readiness.
• Experience working with enterprise clients, vendors, statements of work (SOWs), purchase orders (POs), project budgets, invoicing milestones, and formal acceptance processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; professional Arabic is highly desirable for client-facing project delivery in Saudi Arabia.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and project management tools such as MS Project and Jira.
• Strong leadership, organizational, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, project risks, deadlines, and cross-functional dependencies effectively.
• Ability to maintain accurate project documentation and handle confidential business and client information professionally.
• Willingness to work onsite with clients and travel within Saudi Arabia as project requirements dictate.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP or an equivalent project management certification.
• AI project management training or certification, such as CPMAI.
• Experience in smart cities, video analytics/CCTV, edge AI, Generative AI, cloud or on-premises deployments, or government-sector programs.
• Exposure to Saudi client environments, site and traffic-safety governance, data protection, and cybersecurity processes.
• Experience using enterprise project and resource management systems.
