Qualifications

• Valid security license or certification as per KSA regulations.
• Strong communication and customer-service orientation.
• Excellent observation and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and act decisively in emergencies.
• Physically capable of standing/walking for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol the property, guest areas, and back-of-house zones.
• Control access, verify IDs, and log visitors.
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies promptly.
• Assist guests and residents courteously to ensure a positive experience.
• Inspect security systems, CCTV, and fire safety equipment regularly.
• Document incidents accurately and timely.
• Support evacuations and coordinate with local authorities when needed.
• Enforce property rules for short-term guests and long-term residents.
