Job summary

The First Collection is seeking a Front Office Manager for Silver Sands Beach, Jeddah to lead front desk and guest-service operations. You will supervise the front office team, coordinate with other departments, and support smooth daily operations.

You will manage reception, guest services, bookings, check-in/check-out, and cashiering, while driving service quality, guest satisfaction, and staff development in a dynamic beach destination environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of front office or guest-service experience, preferably in a resort, beach club, hotel, or leisure destination.
• Previous supervisory or management experience.
• Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is preferred.
• Strong leadership, organization, problem-solving, and customer-service skills.
• Knowledge of booking systems, Microsoft Office, cash handling, and guest-relations procedures.
• Professional appearance and ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage reception, guest services, bookings, check-in/check-out, and cashiering procedures.
• Lead, schedule, train, and motivate the front office team.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, feedback, and service recovery.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, security, and operations teams.
• Maintain accurate guest records, reports, payments, and shift handovers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and Saudi regulations.
• Support VIP visits, special events, peak periods, and seasonal operations.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and identify opportunities to improve service quality.
