Job summary

The First Group is seeking a Security Officer to maintain a safe environment at Silver Sands Beach, serving guests, residents, team members and protecting property assets.

You will monitor and patrol the property, control access, respond to alarms and emergencies, conduct routine checks of CCTV and fire safety equipment, and coordinate with authorities as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid security license/certification per KSA regulations.

• Ability to stay calm and handle emergencies.
• Physically fit for long standing/walking.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests, residents, team members, and property assets.
• Monitor and patrol the property including guest areas, residential zones, beach access points, and back-of-house areas.
• Control access at entry and exit points; verify identification and manage visitor logs.
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies including medical situations.
• Conduct routine checks of security systems including CCTV and access control systems.
• Report and document incidents, irregularities, or suspicious activities accurately and promptly.
• Support evacuation procedures and coordinate with local authorities when necessary.
