Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol the property including guest areas and back-of-house zones.
• Ensure safety and security of guests, residents, visitors, and staff.
• Control access points, verify IDs, and manage logs.
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and medical emergencies.
• Assist guests and residents in a courteous, professional manner.
• Check security systems, CCTV, and fire safety equipment regularly.
• Document incidents accurately and promptly.
• Support evacuations and drills as required.
• Coordinate with local authorities when necessary.
• Enforce property rules for short-term guests and long-term residents.
