Job summary

You will load materials, verify programs, monitor performance, and maintain quality and safety standards while coordinating with the production team to meet daily output targets.

Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC machines in wood manufacturing or furniture production.
• Ability to read technical drawings and understand measurements.
• Familiarity with machine tools and cutting equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines used for cutting, drilling, routing, and shaping wood and furniture components.
• Load raw materials and secure workpieces properly before starting machine operations.
• Select and execute approved CNC programs according to production requirements.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, dimensions, and cutting specifications.
• Inspect finished components to ensure accuracy and compliance with quality standards.
• Monitor machine performance and report technical issues or production irregularities.
• Replace cutting tools when necessary and perform routine machine cleaning and maintenance.
• Minimize material waste and ensure efficient use of raw materials.
• Follow production schedules and meet daily output targets.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Coordinate with production supervisors and team members to ensure smooth workflow.
