Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Cluster Director of Food & Beverage to lead F&B across its hotel portfolio, shaping concepts, opening strategies, and long-term performance. You will collaborate with ownership, consultants, and hotel leadership to drive revenue, guest satisfaction, and asset value.

The role covers pre-opening activities, menu engineering, operating models, staffing, budgets, and standards enforcement, for all restaurants, bars, lounges, banqueting, and in-room dining

Qualifications

• Multi-property or cluster leadership experience.
• Experience with mixed-positioning hotel portfolios.
• Experience preparing F&B operating budgets and Pre-Opening Budgets (POB).
• Experience with banqueting, event operations, and destination food and beverage concepts.
• Experience supporting hotel openings and stabilization programs across multiple properties.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute cluster-wide food and beverage strategies aligned with each hotel's positioning, target market, and business objectives.
• Drive food and beverage revenue, profitability, market share, and guest satisfaction across all properties.
• Develop annual business plans, budgets, forecasts, and performance targets for F&B operations.
• Review financial performance and implement corrective actions to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Identify new business opportunities, revenue streams, and operating efficiencies across the portfolio.
• Monitor market trends and competitive activity to ensure outlets remain relevant and commercially successful.
• Lead all F&B pre-opening activities across the hotel portfolio.
• Participate in concept development reviews to ensure outlets are viable and aligned with target segments.
• Review and validate outlet programming, seating capacities, kitchen requirements, operating models, and service concepts.
• Develop opening strategies and stabilization plans for all outlets and F&B operations.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of F&B leadership teams prior to opening.
• Ensure all operating procedures, service standards, menu engineering, and quality assurance programs are implemented before opening.
• Participate in project handovers and ensure outlets are operationally ready prior to opening.
• Coordinate with project teams, procurement, IT, engineering, and operators to meet milestones on time and within budget.
• Oversee all outlets across the portfolio and ensure guest experience aligns with brand standards.
• Drive operational excellence, service consistency, and quality management across properties.
• Establish cluster-wide best practices, SOPs, and performance benchmarks.
• Optimize operating efficiencies and resource sharing across the portfolio.
