Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in clinical laboratory science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in clinical application, diagnostics, POCT or IVD-related roles.
• Experience in sales support or product application support.
• Strong experience in Diagnostics, Laboratory, or Point-of-Care Testing.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales and commercial support for Radiometer solutions.
• Deliver product demonstrations and training to customers; support validation and go-live.
• Assist with installation, troubleshooting, and post-go-live follow-up.
• Collaborate with sales, service, IT, and business teams to ensure adoption.
• Communicate clinical value and differentiators to customers.
