Zusammenfassung

CACEIS Malaysia, a hub of asset servicing, seeks a Client Operations Officer for Depositary Operation Services. Based in IOI City, Putrajaya, you will support day-to-day processes across Private Capital Services, ensuring accurate execution, timely responses, and strong cross-team collaboration within the CACEIS Investor Services network.

Your role includes maintaining controls, performing validations, and delivering reliable service to clients while aligning with governance and procedure

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, ability to use initiative and excellent attention to detail.
• Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply

Aufgaben

• Accurate and timely execution of day-to-day processes supporting transaction management, cash & security tracking, document management and ownership verification across Private Capital Services structures.
• Ensure tolerance checks are complete, and any outstanding items are investigated and cleared.
• Perform quality checks or second level validation on output from the team.
• Respond to all queries and incoming emails in a timely and effective manner.
• Develop and maintain good working relationships with other teams within CACEIS Investor Services.
• Support the success of the larger team and provide back-up relief for staff who are absent or on leave.
