Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, Finance or related field (or equivalent).
• Minimum 4 years in Transaction Management/Custody operational knowledge and experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support the team’s day to day Transaction Management administration and ensure accurate, timely execution of agreed processes.
• Adhere to key service level agreements and coach GG10 & GG12.
• Perform quality checks or second level validation on output from the team.
• Monitor deadlines and escalate issues to stakeholders & clients as needed.
• Act as escalation point for Transaction Management oversight and complex processes.
• Provide regular feedback and coaching to address performance and development.
• Allocate resources daily and maintain documented controls for audit purposes.
