CACEIS Malaysia, a cornerstone of asset servicing within the Crédit Agricole group, seeks a Client Operations Officer for Private Equity and Real Estate Solutions. You will manage day-to-day processes, ensure accuracy in transaction management, and collaborate with multiple teams to maintain high service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent required in Business Administration, Accounting or Investment.
• Good written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day processes supporting transaction management, cash & security tracking, document management and ownership verification.
• Perform tolerance checks and clear outstanding items.
• Carry out quality checks and second-level validation on team output.
• Respond to queries and emails promptly and maintain cross-team relationships.
• Provide backup relief to staff and support larger team productivity.
