Job summary

CACEIS Malaysia is seeking a Senior Client Operations Officer for Depository Operation Services PERES. You will oversee day-to-day transaction management, cash and security tracking, document handling and ownership verification. The role includes supervising junior staff and ensuring robust governance through a maker-checker process.

Working hours are 9:00am-6:00pm Malaysia time. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in transaction management or custody, familiarity with E-Font/Casiopay systems, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent.
• tertiary education in Accounting, Finance, Investment Banking, etc.

Responsibilities

• Input and validate cash and transaction entries accurately.
• Ensure checks are complete and items cleared.
• Respond to queries and propose solutions within governance framework.
• Document activities and support team governance.
• Coach junior team members and interns.
• Suggest process improvements for efficiency.
