Job summary

Etihad Gharbia Contracting Company in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Projects Manager – Civil to lead the construction department from inception to completion, oversee business development, and manage civil projects on time, within scope and budget.

You will develop detailed planning, pricing, and estimating, coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors, and drive a strong project pipeline to maximize profitability and workforce utilization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in civil project pricing, estimating, and management.
• PM certification (PMP or similar) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pricing, estimating, and budgeting for civil projects including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor bids.
• Develop detailed project plans with scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
• Lead business development and new project acquisition to maintain a healthy project pipeline.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project success.
• Lead and motivate project teams, provide technical guidance, and manage contractual negotiations.
