This is a full-time on-site role for a Projects Manager – Civil based in Jeddah, KSA. The Projects Manager Heads the construction department, oversees business development and manages civil construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role is responsible for Business Development & New Project Acquisition, accurate project estimating and strategic pricing to ensure profitability while maintaining a competitive edge. You will coordinate project resources, liaise with stakeholders, and supervise project teams to deliver high-quality civil infrastructure projects. You will also drive business development efforts to secure sufficient project volume that aligns with and maximizes the capacity of the construction team, maintaining a full, efficient pipeline.
