Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project coordination experience.
• Ability to prepare reports, flow charts, schedules and action plans.
• Solid organization with multi-tasking and time management.
• Strong verbal and written communication, analytical and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate project management activities, resources, schedules, and information.
• Liaise with project team to define requirements, scope and objectives.
• Administer project documentation and files; maintain records at all times.
• Communicate project status to the team; prepare related reports.
• Provide administrative support to other departments as required.
