Job summary

Pelican Global Talent Solutions in Jeddah is seeking an Estimation Engineer (Civil) to join on-site. You will prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, rate analyses and cost estimates for EPC projects, review documents and coordinate with vendors.

Ideal candidates hold a civil (or electrical/instrumentation/communication) engineering degree with 5–10 years of EPC estimation experience, preferably with Saudi exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Electrical/Instrumentation/Communication Engineering.
• 5–10 years of EPC estimation experience in the relevant discipline.
• Saudi Arabia project experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, rate analysis and cost estimates.
• Review tender documents, drawings, specifications and scope.
• Obtain and evaluate vendor/subcontractor quotations.
• Prepare tender schedules, manpower plans and techno-commercial bids.
• Identify project risks and cost-optimization opportunities.
• Support client clarifications, project handovers and change order estimates.
