Turner & Townsend in Saudi Arabia is seeking a motivated Civil Engineering student to join our Co-op Training program in Riyadh. You will assist project teams with day‑to‑day activities and gain hands‑on experience in a professional engineering environment.

You'll support preparation of technical documents, site activities, data collection, and coordination, while learning project management, construction and lifecycle asset processes on real-world projects.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to learn and develop within a professional engineering environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the project and engineering teams with day‑to‑day activities.
• Support the preparation and review of technical documents, reports, and drawings.
• Assist with site activities, inspections, and progress monitoring where required.
• Support project teams with data collection, documentation, and coordination.
• Gain exposure to project management, construction, and engineering processes.
• Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by the team.
