Job summary

WSP in the Middle East is seeking motivated Saudi National students currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline to join our COOP Training Program in Riyadh.

Opportunities are available across disciplines including Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Landscape, Architectural engineering, and other technical disciplines. This hands-on program supports project teams and develops professional skills in a multidisciplinary environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in an engineering, architecture, landscape or technical discipline.
• COOP must be a mandatory requirement for graduation.
• Official university letter confirming the COOP requirement and training period.
• Academic transcript.
• Available for the required training period, subject to university requirements.
• Eligible to register under the COOP program via Qiwa/HRDF, where applicable.
• Good academic standing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to learn and work collaboratively within a professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Support project teams with day‑to‑day technical and project‑related activities.
• Assist in preparing technical documents, drawings, reports and presentations.
• Participate in team meetings and project coordination activities.
• Conduct research, data gathering and analysis to support project delivery.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Perform other tasks relevant to the assigned discipline under supervision.
