1. Manage Citrix Environment: Administer Virtual Apps,Desktops, Delivery Controllers, StoreFront, Citrix Gateway, and related components.


2. Application & User Management: Publish applications, manage profiles (FSLogix/UPM), and optimize printing policies.


3. Performance & Troubleshooting: Monitor system health, resolve latency and logon issues, and perform root-cause analysis.


4. Security & Compliance: Maintain secure configurations, apply patches, enforce MFA, and align with security standards.


5. Capacity & Lifecycle: Plan upgrades, manage images (MCS/PVS), and optimize resource utilization.


6. Automation: Develop PowerShell scripts for provisioning, reporting, and operational tasks.


7. Collaboration & Documentation: Work with stakeholders, follow ITIL processes, and maintain runbooks and knowledge base.


8. End-User Experience: Improve logon times, session stability, and overall HDX performance.
