Job summary

TotalTECH Corporation is seeking a Nexthink DEX specialist to design, implement, and optimize the platform across enterprise environments. You will monitor digital employee experience, and IT performance data, and develop dashboards and actionable insights to improve operations.

You will troubleshoot endpoint, application, and performance issues using Nexthink analytics, configure campaigns and automation, and collaborate with IT, security, and service management teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Nexthink DEX platform and enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of endpoint management, Windows, networks, and ITSM.
• Experience with Nexthink dashboards, investigations, remote actions, campaigns, and analytics.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience with PowerShell, SQL, Power BI, or automation tools is a plus.
• Relevant IT certifications and experience in ITSM/ServiceNow are advantageous.
