Client Confidential in Saudi Arabia seeks an exclusive Head of Business Development for Contract Logistics to drive country-wide sales strategy across KSA, targeting FMCG, retail, e-commerce, healthcare, and industrial segments.

You will hunt, win, and scale large multi-year contracts, manage a high-performance team as growth accelerates, and build strong relationships with C-suite executives in family groups, GREs, and multinationals.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in logistics/3PL commercial roles.
• 5+ years selling Contract Logistics solutions.
• Proven track record closing large multi-year contracts.
• Strong solution design, pricing and margin protection.
• Hunter with C-suite presence.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a country-wide sales strategy for Contract Logistics across KSA.
• Win new business across warehousing, distribution, and VAS.
• Build commercially robust proposals with solutions design, operations, and finance.
• Own pipeline governance, forecasting, and win/loss analysis with senior leadership.
• Build and deepen relationships with target accounts to unlock growth.
• Partner with solutions, operations, finance, and legal for smooth execution.
