Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain governance framework, policies and charters.
• Lead enterprise risk assessments, maintain risk register and KRIs.
• Oversee regulatory and internal compliance monitoring across functions.
• Coordinate reviews of breaches and drive corrective actions to closure.
• Prepare risk dashboards and governance papers for exec review.
• Foster risk and compliance culture through awareness sessions.
• Monitor changes in laws and regulations and update policies.
