Job summary

JASARA Program Management Company is seeking a Senior GRC Specialist to develop and implement robust governance, risk, and compliance frameworks aligned with Saudi regulations and industry standards. You will lead risk assessments, audits, policy creation, and training, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen governance and accountability.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years of GRC experience, strong analytical skills, and certifications like CCEP/CRISC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, risk management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of governance, risk management and compliance experience.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and GRC best practices.
• Proven experience developing and implementing effective GRC programs.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Professional certifications in GRC or risk management (e.g., CCEP, CRISC, CISA) preferred.
• Experience in the construction or infrastructure sectors is an advantage.
• English fluency is essential; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor GRC frameworks, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments and audits, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, and advise on GRC matters.
• Facilitate training and workshops to enhance GRC awareness and promote best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate GRC considerations into project planning and execution.
• Prepare and present GRC reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
• Stay informed about emerging trends, risks, and best practices in governance, risk management, and compliance.
• Engage with external auditors and regulatory bodies during compliance assessments and reviews.
• Support incident investigations and corrective actions for GRC-related issues.
