Job summary

Foreground is partnering with a leading organisation in the events and experiential industry, based in the Riyadh, to appoint a Senior Director – Events. This is a senior leadership role for an individual with a proven track record in delivering large‑scale, high‑impact events while leading cross‑functional teams and managing complex stakeholder environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field.
8+ years of progressive experience in events or experiential marketing.
Experience delivering large-scale, complex events with senior client engagement.

Responsibilities

Define and lead end-to-end event strategies aligned with client goals.
Build and sustain senior-level client relationships for exceptional delivery.
Oversee production lifecycle including concept, venue, logistics, and on-site execution.
Develop and manage event budgets for cost-efficient outcomes.
Collaborate with creative teams to design immersive experiences.
Lead risk assessment and continuity planning.
Conduct post-event evaluations with actionable insights.
Stay ahead of industry trends and introduce innovations.
Manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure delivery standards.
