Job summary

Appsierra Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager for end-to-end leadership of large-scale events and conferences in Saudi Arabia. The role requires hands-on management of multi-track events, strict cost control, and supplier coordination across Riyadh-based projects.

The ideal candidate holds a PMP certification, has 6+ years of event management experience on the supplier side, and demonstrates strong Arabic/English communication and on-site decision-making capabilities.

Qualifications

• Must be based in Riyadh and available for on-site work.
• Holder of PMP certification with 6+ years of event and conference management experience.
• Experience exclusively on the supplier side (Event Management Company, Production House, or Agency).
• Proven track record managing large-scale conferences, exhibitions, and multi-track events in Saudi Arabia.
• Hands-on supplier, subcontractor, and internal team coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of large-scale conferences and exhibitions across Saudi Arabia.
• Oversee planning, on-site delivery, handover and closeout with strict cost control.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while keeping timelines and quality.
• Prepare BOQs, issue RFQs, evaluate suppliers, and negotiate costs.
• Coordinate suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams using Odoo ERP for tracking.
