The role requires 8–10 years in UAE/GCC events with a strong track record in pitches, government activations, and budget management.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years experience in UAE GCC events, exhibitions, or experiential sectors.
• Experience managing large scale live events and government activations.
• Strong commercial background with budgets, scope changes, and forecasts.
• Proven leadership and ability to pitch to senior stakeholders and grow accounts.
• Solid operational knowledge of venue rules, health and safety, and production workflows.

As an Account Director, you will hold full commercial responsibility for growing accounts, managing profitability, and building long term relationships with key regional clients. You will oversee end to end delivery of large scale trade exhibitions, live events, and brand campaigns while guiding a team of account and project management specialists.

• Drive annual revenue targets and maintain profit margins across assigned regional accounts.
• Act as senior contact for key regional clients, commercial partners, and government entities.
• Lead the end to end execution of live events, trade exhibitions, conferences, and experiential brand activations.
• Collaborate with creative, production, technical, and operational teams to maintain high quality delivery standards on site.
• Lead strategic account reviews, pitches, tenders, and commercial growth proposals for new and existing clients.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to account managers and project delivery teams Manage budget control, variation orders, and overall account profitability alongside finance teams .
