Job Summary: We are looking for a highly experienced and results-driven Chief Executive Officer to lead our organization to the next level of success. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of strategic leadership, strong business acumen, and the ability to inspire and motivate teams. As the CEO, you will be responsible for setting and executing the company's strategic direction, driving growth and profitability, and ensuring the overall success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the company's overall strategic plan in alignment with the group's vision and objectives
• Lead and manage the executive team, providing guidance and support to drive performance and achieve business goals
• Oversee the day-to- day operations of the company, ensuring efficient and effective utilization of resources
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and government entities
• Monitor industry trends and developments, identifying opportunities for growth and diversification
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and corporate governance standards
• Manage financial performance and drive profitability through effective budgeting and cost control measures
• Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and high performance within the organization
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and other relevant forums
• Maintain a deep understanding of the market and competition, and proactively identify and address potential challenges

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a large corporation or conglomerate
• Proven track record of success in driving business growth and profitability
• Strong understanding of business operations, financial management, and strategic planning
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
• Experience in the Saudi Arabian market is highly desirable
