Seeking to hire Chief Sales Officer at their office in Riyadh. The position reports to the CEO.

Job Summary

The Chief Sales Officer is responsible for leading the sales team to achieve defined sales targets and increase company revenue through effective sales strategies. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in managing sales, leading teams, and a proven track record of achieving successful results.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales Team Management: Supervise the sales team to ensure monthly and annual targets are met. Train and develop team members to enhance their performance.
  2. Developing Sales Strategies: Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to increase market share and achieve growth. Analyze the market and customers to identify opportunities and tailor strategies accordingly.
  3. Achieving Targets: Monitor and analyze sales performance to ensure targets are achieved. Regularly review sales reports and identify areas for improvement.
  4. Coordination with Other Departments: Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with company goals. Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance, challenges, and opportunities.
  5. Measuring Performance and Team Development: Set clear performance standards and monitor them regularly. Lead team meetings to motivate members and discuss goals.
Job Requirements (Years of experience, education, knowledge, & skills)
  1. Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Proven track record of meeting sales targets and increasing revenue.
  3. Skills: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team. Excellent analytical skills to understand the market and customers. High-level communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
