Job summary

Radisson Blu Hotel & Convention Center, Riyadh Minhal is seeking a talented Chef de Partie with strong experience in Asian and International cuisine to join our dynamic culinary team. You will prepare high-quality dishes and support daily kitchen operations in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of hands-on experience, excellent teamwork and time-management skills, and a passion for cooking.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or equivalent role.
• Proven background in Asian (Thai, Japanese, Chinese, or Southeast Asian) and International cuisine.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and time-management skills.
• Passionate about cooking and eager to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present high-quality dishes within your assigned section.
• Ensure consistency and excellence in food quality, taste, and presentation.
• Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
• Contribute ideas for menu development and new dish creation.
