Job summary

Golf Saudi Equipment Leasing Co. (LeasingCo) is being led from establishment to scalable growth with full P&L ownership, asset-value preservation, governance, and people leadership.

The role builds a scalable leasing operating model aligned with Golf Saudi’s strategy and shared services during phase-in to in-house capabilities. The executive will head Finance, Commercial, and Operations, drive partnerships and growth through leaseback and external pipelines, and ensure regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• Corporate strategy and execution with leasing operating models and full P&L responsibility.
• Experience establishing or scaling a business unit and managing partners or joint ventures.
• KSA market experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the company’s vision, strategy, and business plan with clear objectives and measurable outcomes.
• Own the P&L, budget, forecasts, and capital allocation for LeasingCo.
• Establish legal entity and scalable operating model from launch to steady state.
• Head Finance, Commercial, Operations and Administration as capabilities transition in-house.
• Drive initial business with Golf Saudi courses and expand external pipeline.
• Set commercial direction on pricing, leasing packages, revenue growth, and customer propositions.
• Secure equity, financing, OEM and partner relationships, including joint-venture structures.
• Protect asset value, lifecycle performance, and fleet utilization with KPIs and oversight.
• Establish governance, controls, risk management, and Board reporting cadence.
• Coordinate with Golf Saudi groups to originate demand and enable delivery.
• Build and lead a high-performing executive team and ensure succession readiness.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and provide transparent reporting.
• Champion continuous improvement and tech-enabled decision making.
