PowerToFly seeks a Territory Lead to drive growth in the Central Region of Saudi Arabia for our Endoscopy and Sports Medicine division. You will build and maintain relationships with customers, plan visits and demos, and manage sales activities to meet regional targets.

You will analyze market trends, coordinate with tender and logistics teams, supervise post‑sales training, and ensure timely delivery and invoicing.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, medical or related.
2–3 years commercial experience as territory lead or similar.
Experience in Sports Medicine.
Proficiency in English.

Responsabilités

Establish and develop relationships with current and potential customers in the area of responsibility and maintain continuity.
Track trends, competitors and regulatory developments and report to manager.
Carry out sales activities to meet regional targets and prepare required sales reports.
Plan, implement and report customer/partner visits and product demos according to targets.
Evaluate RFPs and prepare materials lists to meet customer needs.
Inform customers about purchasing methods and coordinate with tender department.
Monitor material delivery dates and inform customers.
Deliver and install materials and provide post-sales training; attend surgeries when needed.
Process customer invoices and coordinate with Finance to ensure timely collections.
Relay customer feedback to QM and manager and report actions.
Prepare Congress/Demo materials and ensure proper storage and handling.
Coordinate with marketing on scientific support requests.
